Personally, we really like that this book is easy to understand and follow. It’s logical, straightforward, and practical, and you’ll most likely like Jason’s approach to weight loss and health. Furthermore, we bet you won’t even feel you’re in a special diet the whole time.

We also must admit that we were very impressed with the AltShift diet customer service team, and we didn’t expect that they would reply to our email in less than four hours. The AltShift Facebook group page was another thing we liked. We didn’t read anything negative there and it seems that every member of this group is active and supportive of each other. Again, you could visit it right at this moment to see for yourself.
